Place of processing / legal basis

Data is collected, processed and stored on servers and computers in Germany. The collection, processing and storage of personal data is carried out in accordance with the European Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO).

Personal data

Your personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on or marketed to third parties. The exception to this is the disclosure of necessary information in the course of order processing and fulfillment (e.g. tax advisors, external payment service providers). The collection, storage and possibly Disclosure takes place in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 b), c) and f) of the DSGVO. Visitor data

We only store website visitor data anonymously and evaluate it for general website visitor and usage statistics. It is therefore not possible to draw conclusions about individual persons. We do not use external service offers for the evaluation and do not pass the data on to third parties.

User accounts and paid services, purpose, legal basis and duration of storage

When logging in, using and making changes to the user account, as well as when creating and deleting accounts, channels and videos, when using chargeable services, as well as generally when calling up password-protected offers and pages, the IP address used, the browser identification (user agent) and the time are stored together with the account or channel concerned and the process carried out or the service used, in order to protect the accounts and to protect the infrastructure. In this way, usage and changes to the account are documented and traceable. In case of doubt, it is possible to identify who accessed certain data and services or made changes and when.

The storage and use is based on Art. 6 para. 1 b) of the DSGVO for the fulfillment of contracts as well as on our legitimate interest as well as that of the users according to. Art. 6 para. 1 f) of the DSGVO, to a secure offer protected from misuse and unauthorized access. The data will not be disclosed to third parties. Data that serve to secure the system and accounts as described above are usually deleted automatically after 14 days, unless they are required for further billing. All other contract-related data will be deleted by us after termination of the contractual relationship and after expiry of the statutory retention and storage periods. The access statistics data for a video is deleted when the video is deleted by the user. The data for the access statistics of a channel, will be deleted when the channel in question is deleted by the user.

External payment service providers

We use sevDesk and PayPal as external payment service providers. PayPal is used when customers or visitors to the website pay amounts or invoices through it. If you do not use PayPal yourself, your data will not be stored there either.

Cookies

Protection of your data / passwords / SSL connection

Customers individual passwords for their user accounts are not stored in plain text, but only encrypted as a hash value (bcrypt). This ensures that strangers with access to our data cannot obtain the plaintext passwords, or at least that this is very difficult according to the current state of knowledge. Nevertheless, it is advisable to use different passwords for different services on the Internet.

Access to the website and the user accounts is always via a secure and encrypted SSL (TLS) connection.
Payment and address data of customers are stored separately on an offline system and are not accessible via the Internet.

Right to anonymity

The public part of our offer can generally be used anonymously. However, even if a customer account is created, it is not absolutely necessary on our part to enter data that can provide conclusions about your person. Only for one settlement, i.e. Invoicing, we require truthful information.
